Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are generally final unless a product arrives damaged or incorrect. All products sold by Northstar Aminos are intended strictly for research and laboratory use only. Due to the sensitive and controlled nature of these materials, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Northstar Aminos does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances once an order has been placed, processed, or shipped.
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. Such claims must include complete order details and verifiable evidence, including but not limited to photographic documentation. Failure to provide sufficient evidence within the stated timeframe will result in automatic denial of the claim.
All claims are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of Northstar Aminos. If a claim is approved, the company reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, partial credit, or denial of refund. Monetary refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued in rare and exceptional circumstances.
Northstar Aminos assumes no responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, or consequences resulting from improper handling, storage, misuse, or unauthorized application of products after delivery. All risk transfers to the purchaser upon shipment confirmation.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be fully bound by this Return & Refund Policy without exception.
