KLOW is a compound blend containing four peptides with distinct and complementary research profiles: GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC-157, and TB-500.

GHK-Cu (glycine-L-histidine-lysine copper complex) is a small copper-binding peptide with well-documented activity in wound healing, tissue regeneration, and connective tissue remodeling, including collagen, elastin, and glycosaminoglycan synthesis.

KPV is a naturally occurring tripeptide derived from the C-terminus of alpha-melanocyte stimulating hormone (α-MSH), studied for its anti-inflammatory effects — including inhibition of NF-κB signaling — independent of melanocortin receptor activation.
